The California Reducing Disparities Project (CRDP) is a groundbreaking six-year statewide effort that will identify effective community-defined mental health Prevention and Early Intervention solutions for California’s diverse population. The CRDP is under the auspices of the Office of Health Equity, CA Dept. of Public Health, and is funded by the Mental Health Services Act (Proposition 63).
ONTRACK Program Resources is the Technical Assistance Provider to the seven CRDP Phase 2 African American Implementation Pilot Projects (IPPs).
