He specializes in working with resistant clients and criminal offenders. Mr. Ayala is Clinical Director of Smith and Jones Inc, the first full service abstinence based substance abuse and non-chemical addictions clinic in Amsterdam, Netherlands which serves both adult and adolescent populations.
